Not quite the meme we normally do, but I've seen it floating around and it looked like fun, so, why not?

Here we go, VDR, Cupcake Meme!

Would you look at that? The DR's set out a bunch of cupcakes for everybody to enjoy! It looks like there's a bunch of flavors to choose from, so why not have a bite?

Hmm, I don't have enough information to answer that. Maybe only some of them have unusual effects?

Or perhaps the effect depends on the person. Either way, it would be something of a gamble.

Mm, there's too many variables at the moment. For all we know, it could have to do with the color of the frosting. At any rate, it does look like you were right about them not being safe...
