SO! I have had plans to run a His Dark Materials-type AU thing with daemons for a while (for those who have never read the books (The Golden Compass/The Northern Lights, The Subtle Knife, and The Amber Spyglass) and don't know what that means, the premise is basically OH LOOK your soul/conscience is now outside your body in a ~highly symbolic~ animal form, a better primer on it is over here although I'll probably ramble about more stuff that isn't on that in a post on Kaito's journal)! My original plan was a seperate event week, but then Des was like ACTUALLY I'M DOING A GENERIC AU WEEK, WANNA SHOEHORN IT IN THERE? And I said yes, because the whole idea behind daemons is kind of involved and I thought not too many people would want to put in the work required to play it out.

...and then a whole bunch of people on Plurk went THAT SOUNDS COOL, WHY NOT DO A FULL EVENT? SO! Now that I cannot make up my mind, have a serious poll, guys! Who would rather this just be part of the canon-swap event, and who would rather it be an event of it's own?
