• Yes, this also effects robots and other such entities who perhaps don't age by normal means. As far as you're aware, this is normal.
• Of course, a character may remain as an adult at the player's discretion. Rule of Cute, Funny, and Drama is in effect for how strict these guidelines are.
• Whether or not any thread is DR canon is also up to the players involved. By default, nothing is canon. Go nuts!
