Definitely new to this community, but just a bit rusty when it comes to RPing as a whole. My current muse is a Scribblenauts Len based off the plot of Scribblenauts Unlimited! While my list of Vocaloid headcanons is nearly endless, this particular Len's pretty much human.
And of course I'm going to put some restrictions on the notebook. Morals aside, there's nothing good about adding the dead adjective to solve your problems, and drawing up black holes probably isn't a good idea either, ahahah...
I'm not entirely sure what else to put in this post, uh...a friend introduced me to this place and I decided to give it a shot! I might be a bit slow with responding if I forget about this place, but generally I'll try not to keep people waiting too long!
I hope I can do my best here for you all! \o/

I'm aurialle, and I'm probably one of the first YOHIOloid RPers ever as far as I've found (although I've also taken to calling him 'Hio' because it's way easier on twitter's character limit and also really cute). I'd tried to find a more formal RP for my muse, but it just hasn't worked out (mostly because of age restrictions /2 years too young for way too many things OTL), and this seemed like a really friendly place with a lot of good characters, so I decided to join uwu I have a small amount of RPing experience from my attempts at RPing in the Pokemon fandom on tumblr, but that was a while ago and I haven't gotten a chance to do anything with my Hio yet. Rules are simple! Post a numbered list of your characters here at the VDR, then use the Random Number Generator to randomly pick from your list and reply to other people's lists. They do the same to chose who to respond with from theirs. For example:
Persons A and B post up their lists of characters. Player A rolls a random character from A's list to tag Player B, who rolls a random character from B's list to reply with. They thread with these two characters.
The two characters you roll are now in a relationship. Put all the characters you have into your list; more random the better. Re-rolls are not allowed, but multiple threads are. Have fun!

I've recently had a couple of people come to me with issues involving other members of the community, and there was brief confusion over how to reach your modteam! The easiest way to get in contact with us is over to the left on the sidebar, where if you click the 'Comments and Criticisms' link you'll get taken to an anon, ip-less, screened post that we actively have on alert. Alternatively, you can contact me on any of the contact methods in my contact post entry.
I would also like to take a moment to remind everyone that the VDR is a public place, and that because of that there may be people in it you don't like and you don't want to play with. That's fine, and that's entirely your prerogative to not tag someone or to ignore their tags - at no point should you feel pressured to play with anyone you don't want to play with.
On the other hand, please respect other people's decisions about who they may or may not wish to play with. I've had a very confused new player have to ask me what's going on because they were variously and actively warned away from playing with someone, and that is absolutely not something I want to have happen in my comm. Edit: I realise that in at least one case, it was done with the best of intentions - even then, it was kind of out of the blue for them and certainly didn't help their confusion. End of Edit. It's dangerously insular as it is, but when it runs the risk of driving new players away it becomes absolutely unacceptable. If you have concerns with someone, please talk to us, and we'll do our best to iron the problem out. By the same token, if you hear of anything like this happening, please let us know so we can get to the problem and help sort it out in turn.
That's all and I hope everyone is having a lovely autumn, I am going to go lie under a blanket and make 'uuu' noises after slogging through torrential rain for a half hour.
... gosh there are a lot of introductions on this page of the OOC comm um hello! I am Stelas, your friendly mod and usually a very lovely person I swear. I haven't been seen IC in many an age but I play a moe Kaito and a moe-r Black Rock Shooter when I am.
Edit 2: uhhhh. also Opal is a mod as well, I promise she's not just trying to hijack my post. Did we seriously not tell anyone, good lord. Avie and Amy earned mad props for helping out with layout and tag stuff and so we modded them on the main comm for being Super Scout Helpers, but they don't have access to vdrmods! This has been your Mod Roundup.

1) Me and Des will be bringing you Portal Co-op Kagamines! Um.... yay? I don't know when for sure, but pretty soon, maybe later tonight at the earliest if I can figure out ljlogin...
2)Um... I've been asking what complaints people have for a noob like me and Oreo said 'YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MUSES TO BUG RAWR' or something along those lines. XD So I'm setting up a sort of vote thing? Just put in the comments what you'd like to see from me. I'm especially considering a) setting up headcanon for just about any Len module from Project Diva, just mention one, and I'll be psyched, and b) bringing in a Super Hero Len.
Thoughts? Anyone? Don't stone me plz?

Nice to see new and old faces! Hope we can have some fun again.

- Yes, this also effects robots and other such entities who perhaps don't age by normal means. As far as you're aware, this is normal.
- Of course, a character may remain as an adult at the player's discretion. Rule of Cute, Funny, and Drama is in effect for how strict these guidelines are.
- Whether or not any thread is DR canon is also up to the players involved. By default, nothing is canon. Go nuts!

It's been quiet lately, with this stuff and that stuff. So I'm thinking of bringing back activity to VDR with some events.
First up: Nendoroid Week
White Blazer is in charge, again. He 'messed' up with his magicjust like the previous cloudy sheep. But this time it's effected all your muses in VDR, and becoming Nendoroid including himself.
Nendoroid, I mean 'real' Nendoroid. Very small, detachtable and made of plastic. Incredibly, you're still alive. Unless you're squished by car, exposed too much on the weather, or got bitten by babies or dogs. Living as Nendoroid is both heaven and hell. Did I forget to mention, you can't use your skill or power unfortunately.
Nendoroid event will start next week. The tag post will be '[event] nendoroid'.

Next month is Summer! On this upcoming event, I need voters because it's relevant and you might want more plot instead of just relax.
A) Beach Party (Relax way)
Yes, like ordinary beach party but with VDR influence, your muses will wearing only speedos and bikinis for one whole week, even you're in the city. No, you're unable to remove the outfit.
B) Trapped in the Desert (Plot way)
Everything is isolated except for collided ruins and oasis. Your muses will trapped in the desert all of sudden, and you got one week to survive. Sounds similar to 'Journey' game. Can you endure the hottest sun and struggle for food and water?
Again this will be postedaround 'early' or 'in the middle' of June.
Or you have your own opinion! Please give your suggestions!
